Sonya brings solid expertise to this role, having served in a number of senior leadership positions in the elections industry over the past twenty years. During her career Sonya has worked with election practitioners at local, regional and national levels, in both the private and public sector. She has a deep understanding of the challenges they face and the role that election technology can play in solving them. Sonya is an experienced strategist with a deep understanding of how to forge relationships and partnerships in the global election industry. She is also a strong leader with a proven track record of developing diverse and high performing teams.
