Who are we?
Assembly Voting provides advanced digital election systems used across both the public and private sector. We believe that everyone deserves a fair election where trust never relies on a single person or a vendor’s untested statement. We also believe that elections must evolve into a digital format to remain a contemporary and accessible way of taking part in democracy. To support this, we have a strong focus on customer success, it security, cryptography, verification, UX and application management. This enables us to offer reliable voting solutions that our customers can trust. We facilitate the majority of legal and statutory digital elections in Denmark, and we also provide services to the international market for digital election products.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a technical consultant to join our Customer Success team who will take on responsibility for the project management of full service elections and the conduction of annual general meetings enhancing our customer experience and satisfaction.
Do you have operational experience delivering digital services? Are you good at structuring your work and does quality assurance, security and documentation play an important role for you? Are you keen on and skilled in customer interaction and support? Do you have a high professional integrity and are you ready to say no to requests and solutions, that do not comply with the basic rules of democracy?
If you´re able to say ‘yes’ to the above you might be the new colleague we are looking for to help us in our effort to provide top customer service to our large portfolio of election customers.
Managing full service election projects
Configuration of our SaaS solutions for digital elections
Customer support and communication
Conducting on-site annual general meetings and elections
Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
Bachelor’s Degree and courses in communications, project management or IT is a plus
Experience in configuration of customer-facing it-products and services
Skilled in understanding technical solutions and communicating technical needs and requirement specifications
Ability to work independently on your tasks in a hectic environment with fixed deadlines
A team player with strong analytical skills and a solid sense of responsibility
High flexibility and resilience
You will be part of an ambitious and hard-working Customer Success team responsible for delivering top quality elections for our customers. You will also be teaming up with our Sales and Development departments contributing to both the presales process and providing customer feedback and own ideas for the development of our products.
Our goal is to ensure that we in live up to the high level of integrity that we believe in, and to ensure continuous delivery of reliable and efficient voting systems and services that are used by clients all around the globe.
We can offer a full-time position with a competitive salary. The office is located in Brøndby just west of Copenhagen. We require you to have EU work permit.
